Why are the tickets sold by Dagtickets cheaper than elsewhere?

Dagtickets is working closely together with several themeparks, zoos and attractions to offer you tickets at the best rates possible. By selling the tickets online we can save on regular costs such as having additional staff and services. These costs saving results in us being able to sell tickets at a competitive price.

How do i order and pay for my tickets?

Add the tickets you want to your shopping basket and follow the steps described in our checkout. Payment can be done using safe and secure methods such as iDeal, Creditcard Bank Transfer. After starting your order, you have 30 minutes to finish and complete your order. After these 30 minutes have passed, you will need to restart your order if you want the tickets. How do I receive my tickets?

You will always receive your tickets through email, together with a confirmation of your order. We try to get tickets and confirmation delivered within 2 minutes after we receive your payment. The tickets will be sent as a PDF attached to your confirmation email. Please make sure the tickets are either printed or you can show the tickets at the entrance of the attraction on your mobile device.

When are my tickets valid?

Each attraction and ticket is different and this validity can differ on a per ticket basis. We always mention the validity on the page where you select the tickets and on the tickets themselves. Most tickets are valid for a whole season or year, but it can also happen that we have a limited promotion with tickets that are only valid on specific day. Just make sure you know when the tickets are valid before you decide to purchase them.

Can I order a ticket for someone else?

Ofcourse you can. Our tickets are not limited to a single person, so if you decide to gift someone a ticket that is no problem at all.

Are there any hidden costs, like VAT and service costs?

No there are no hidden costs when you decide to buy a ticket. We are not like some other companies where there are plenty of costs such as transaction fees, service costs and other hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay. We are trying to be as transparant possible and are more than happy to skip any hidden costs.

I have ordered tickets but not received anything, can you help me?

First thing to do when you haven’t received your tickets is to check your spam and junk folders. Should you have a Leisuree account you can also check your order details here to see if you used the correct email address. In your account you can also change the address and resent your tickets should you have lost them. Still can’t find your tickets or not received anything, then please contact our customer service so we can help you out. Please add your order number in your correspondence so we can help you as quick as possible.
